Lanzarote Hurdle Betting

The Lanzarote Hurdle is a handicap contest run over a trip of 2m5f at Kempton Park each January and is considered one of the bigger handicap hurdle races of the season. The Lanzarote is open to horses aged four and above and is named after the former Champion Hurdle winner, not the Spanish island!

Recent history suggests that five and six year olds tend to have the upper hand in the Lanzarote Hurdle which is a tip to follow once again this season when having a bet. Nick Williams is a trainer to follow in this race at Kempton Park with three winners since 2011, including Tea For Two who won with Lizzie Kelly on board back in 2015.
