Cheltenham Racecourse

The number one priority at Cheltenham has always been to provide the best underfoot conditions for the horses, not only in the Cheltenham Festival Betting events during March, but throughout the whole season. It does of course play host to the biggest four days in the sport and Cheltenham is the spiritual home of jump racing in the UK.

Cheltenham now consists of two race courses called the Old and New, both containing many well-built fences, placing the emphasis on the contestants' jumping ability. With the physical challenges of the course, and the quality of the other entries, winners at Cheltenham are tested to the extreme. the Festival is of course the biggest meeting of the season at the track but there are a number of other big meetings through the season for punters to enjoy.
